Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are established to define the conditions, procedures, rights, and obligations related to the token-based content services provided on the digital content platform **GraFans** (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), operated by **GhostPang** (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

 

Article 2 (Definition and Nature of Tokens)

A “Token” refers to a digital asset used within GraFans as a **dedicated point system** that allows users to access paid content or support creators.

 

Article 3 (Token Charging and Usage Restrictions)

Tokens may be purchased only through the **official payment methods** provided by GraFans, and the **maximum charge per transaction is limited to 100,000 KRW**.

Charged tokens may be used only for viewing creator content, supporting creators, or subscribing to their channels.

Tokens cannot be transferred, traded, or withdrawn between members.

Tokens are valid for one year from the last date of use, and any unused tokens after that period will automatically expire and are non-refundable.

 

Article 4 (Refunds and Payment Cancellations)

Refunds are available only for **unused tokens**, and must be requested **within 7 days of purchase**, using the same payment method.

Once any portion of the tokens has been used, the remaining balance cannot be refunded.

If fraudulent transactions or unauthorized use of another person’s payment method are detected, the related account will be suspended, and legal action may be taken.

 

Article 5 (Protection of Creator Content and Prevention of Leaks)

All content (including videos, images, and text) posted on GraFans belongs to the respective creators and is protected under **copyright law**.

Users may not reproduce, store, capture, distribute, transmit, or modify any creator content without permission, nor may they share or sell it to third parties.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of service without prior notice, and civil or criminal legal action may follow.

The Operator actively implements technical measures to prevent content leakage or illegal sharing and may conduct IP tracking, evidence preservation, and legal complaints if necessary.

By posting content on the GraFans platform, creators are deemed to grant the Operator non-commercial rights to use portions of their content for service promotion purposes (such as on the website, app screenshots, banners, or social media ads). However, the content will be used respectfully and without distortion, and creators may request discontinuation of use at any time.

If a creator uploads content that infringes on others’ copyrights or includes illegal materials, such content will be deleted, and the creator’s account may be restricted or legally sanctioned.

 

Article 6 (Usage Restrictions and Reporting System)

Members may not infringe upon others’ rights or distribute content that is socially inappropriate while using the Service.

Content reports submitted to the Operator will be reviewed and processed within 48 hours.

Repeated violations or serious offenses may result in permanent suspension of the related account.

 

Article 7 (Amendments and Notifications)

The Operator may revise these Terms and Conditions due to **changes in relevant laws or service policies**, and any modifications will be **announced in advance** through notices or email.

Article 8 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws such as the **Electronic Commerce Act**, **Information and Communications Network Act**, and **Copyright Act**, as well as the Operator’s internal policies.
